local konyagi false advertising

the all-inclusive buffet was acceptable with a decent variety of options.

I was disappointed that the gin and tonic included in the all-inclusive menu used local konyagi, not proper gin. This seemed like false advertising. also, the room lacked a tv, unexpected for a supposed 4-star hotel.

I adored the variety at the restaurants. I found three options perfect for any mood. the staff made everything special. Their friendliness and readiness to help shone everywhere. the jetty and its sunbeds became my haven. I long to return just for that peaceful spot.

charmed by the reef & beach resort

available sunbeds pleasant breeze custom meals

i found plenty of sunbeds available for use near the beach. there was often a pleasant breeze on the bridge. i observed monkeys around, but they seemed unbothered and didn't disturb anyone. the chefs really cared for my wife's gluten and lactose intolerances preparing custom meals for her when needed.

the lack of daytime entertainment options was noticeable as i found literally nothing available.

this hotel features a superb jetty bar location extending into the indian ocean. two swimming pools are available one right next to the sea with plenty of sunbeds. there is also a spa, and the main restaurant has a recently opened indian section.

the resort location seemed really nice. the resort has easy access into the beautiful sea. plenty of sun beds are available on the jetty. excursions can be arranged at the excursion office.

my room had glass bottles of water that staff refilled every day. this bungalow was a great size with shelves for storage. a good sized bathroom and dressing area were available. the rooms included mosquito nets.

the multiple pools were sparkling clean , and the lush green gardens created a relaxing atmosphere. the rooms were spacious and comfortable , well appointed with everything i needed. meals were plentiful with a varied selection , and i appreciated the many vegetarian options.

the check-in process was a little slow.

friendly staff inclusive plan beverage options dirty gym broken equipment sewage smell

the staff were friendly and accommodating . i found the all inclusive plan to be a great value. food and beverage options were pretty decent.

the gym was not well maintained. it was dirty and most of the equipment was broken. my room smelled of sewage, probably because the bathroom was open to the room.
